Josh
Nester started his career in the Hospitality Industry in 1996,
through BON Management Group, our Hotel Operations Company,
in administration and front office support.
Josh's
most recent business experience has been with Condo and Investment
grade ownership real estate.
Josh
is starting the firm's fourth generation in Motel/Hotel Brokerage
following the Brown Family Tradition of honest work for its
clients, representing both Sellers and Buyers.
Josh
has earned his California Real Estate License and will be
specializing in mid-market motels in Southern California.
