Chuck Nester is President of Brown Hotel Group, Inc. and Chairman of BON Management Group, Inc. the firm's affiliated Hotel/Motel Management Company.
Chuck holds the certifications of CHB (Certified Hotel Broker/HBI) and CHA (Certified Hotel Administrator/AHMA).
Chuck started his career with BHG in 1978 as a sales associate and earned his California Brokers License in 1979. He has participated in numerous sales and lease transactions and was named 1985 HBI "Salesman of the Year" for his outstanding achievements in hotel/motel sales. Chuck was the recipient of the Hotel and Motel Brokers of America "Broker of the Year" Award in 1990, 1991, 2003 and 2004, "Largest Dollar Volume" for the Year Award 1990, 1998, 2003 & 2006. Also awarded "Top Broker of the Year" in the Mountain/Pacific Region for HBI in 1994, 1995, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2002, 2003 & 2006 and "Most Unique Deal" of 1990 and 1998. Largest Portfolio Sale 2006.
Chuck Nester served 12 years on the Hotel Brokers International Board of Directors (1987-1999, President 1990 & 1993) and is a proud recipient of the Noah Canfield Distinguished Service Award by the HBI.

George E. Brown Chairman

George E. Brown, brother-in-law of George A. Brown, is a part owner and Chairman of Brown Hotel Group, Inc.
George joined the family business in 1954 and has been a top producer at BHG for over 54 years. During this time he has participated in numerous sales and lease transactions for individual clients and large corporations. Additionally, he has been actively involved in site selection, development and operations for his many partnership interests.
Originally from Foxboro, Massachusetts, he attended Norwich University (Vermont) and later served in the United States Air Force.

Mark Hemstreet Vice President

Mark Hemstreet joined Brown Hotel Group, Inc. in 2000, after a successful 25 year career in hotel operations.
Equipped with an extensive knowledge of hotels and a Hotel degree from UNLV, Mark proves to be invaluable to both buyers and sellers who wish to maximize their investment.
Prior to joining Brown Hotel Group, Inc., Mark was an Owner/General Partner of the Best Western Antelope Valley Inn & Conference Center, where he presided as General Manager. During this time he also served as a Best Western Governor for District 6-5. His extensive work experience comprises a strong balance from limited service independent properties to luxury Hyatt Regency properties.

Steve "Soo In" Lee Vice President Sales

Steve Lee started his career with Olympic Realty and Investment Company in 1978 as a sales associate and earned his Salesperson License in 1978, and Broker License in 1982. He was a Top Sales Person for 10 years until he started his own grocery market in Long Beach in 1990.
Steve studied Business Administration at New Haven University, West Haven, Connecticut. A Bank officer for 10 years and also has extensive experience in the Life Insurance Industry.
During the period he was engaged in Hotel Supply sales, he recognized how important and valuable knowledge in the Hotel Sales is and that is the reason why he decided to sell his own business and restart his career in the Lodging Industry.
A man of (1) Honesty and (2) Integrity and will do his best to protect your Hotel/Motel Asset for maximum profit realization and capital accumulation.

Joshua Nester Vice President Sales

Josh Nester started his career in the Hospitality Industry in 1996, through BON Management Group, our Hotel Operations Company, in administration and front office support.
Josh's most recent business experience has been with Condo and Investment grade ownership real estate.
Josh is starting the firm's fourth generation in Motel/Hotel Brokerage following the Brown Family Tradition of honest work for its clients, representing both Sellers and Buyers.
Josh has earned his California Real Estate License and is specializing in mid-market motels in Southern California.

Nigel Nelmes Vice President Sales

Nigel has held numerous executive positions in the Hotel Industry and is a Founder of several major Hotel Marketing Groups, specializing in corporate incentive programs, trade shows and meetings.
Nigel has thirty five years experience in Hotel related executive management positions, which has given him a keen insight into what works and what can work in this constantly changing business environment.
Nigel has served on the board of numerous hotel focus groups and is highly respected in the industy.

Shannon Deloye Executive Administrator

Shannon Deloye joined our company in November 2005 as the Executive Administrator for Brown Hotel Group and our Hotel Operations Company, BON Management Group.
Shannon is responsible for many of the office operations. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing all documetns for the purchase of our listings (i.e., Purchase & Sale Agreements, Due Diligence Documents, creating flyers, marketing packages, scanning documents, organizing, etc.), selecting vendors/making all purchases for the office, receptionist, updating all websites that our listings are on, and much more. Shannon is also a Certified Commissioned California Notary Public.
